| Reviewing document system is a important component of E-government management system, whose main function is to complete a series of management work with modern computer technology and network technology such as to create, modity, and review documents in goverments. Traditional reviewing document system dealt with such process by hard-coding and can’t work well with the changes of related processes.Workflow technology can take away the process information from the whole information systems and manage them effectively, by which it can improved the information systems’ ability of adapting the business changes. Therefore, this thesis elaborates the design and implementation of a reviewing document E-government management system based on the workflow technology.Firstly, the development of workflow technology and its basic theory, Browser/Server mode based on three layer, data encryption and digital signature related technologies are introduced in this paper. Then, based on the open source workflow management system of jBPM, the jPDL and deeply researches on the busiess processes involved in the reviewing documents are introduced. A jPDL-based workflow modeling method for reviewing documents is proposed. Secondly, The strategy and technique by extending the related Service API of jBPM is also analyzed in this paper.Finally, the design and implementation of the a reviewing document E-government management system are presented and analyzed. Such system adopts the Browser/Server software architechture with three layers, which is developed by combining the Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework with jBPM. Besides, it adopts a PGP-based data encryption algorithm, which dispenses with the compress procedure of PGP according to the characteristic of the small size of E-government documents. When the business processes related to reviewing document change, such system can adjust the process logic quickly and need not modify the system’s implementation. |
