Jinzhong City Government E-government System Based On J2ee Design And Realization

E-government is a product of the combination of modern electronic information technology and government management as well as service behavior. E-government provide a new way by which government should deconstruct, restructure and optimize its processes and integrate them into one thing to provide highly efficient management and virtualization service using modern information and communication technology such as Internet.The E-government plays a more and more important role all over the world and the technology become more and more mature, especially J2EE, which is the best solution to the problem of information island in deployment of E-government.This thesis analyzes the theory of E-government, presents a idea about the realization of Jinzhong Municipal People's Government E-government Application System based J2EE framework and provide the methods to implement the ideas. In addition, this thesis introduces the development and design of document management system based on the use of MVC pattern, describe the development of the sending management module and the receiving management module. By integrating the original data and investment of Jinzhong Municipal and using J2EE, the original system's data could be shared and communicated between different department.
