Design And Implementation Of Electronic Government Official Document Management Based On Workflow

E-government is a change in governm ent management. In gradually becom es the informationization society inform ationization is a prereq uisite, so regions are activ ely developing in our country, the social from all walks of life are focusing on the electronic document management played a large role in the inform ation. This has becom e the informationization's signature. Under the development of electronic technology and innovation, government official document management solutions are dotted, solution is various. So the development of e-government document management is more important. Now the most important thing is to study how to convenient create document management system, development of document process. Therefore, in this paper, we first of all, we know the current status quo, and analysed, and then in troduce the research method and theory of electron flow into to it, f inally, together with the MVC design pa ttern for research and implementation.First of all, the working model is put forward by WFMC. And combining with document flow, this paper puts forward the government document management dynamic reusable model of the system.Then, contrary to the three kinds of m odeling method in this paper, docum entation, processes such as binding are expounded, and three kinds of routing algorithm(serial, parallel, select) design.Second, not only to governm ent departments to design process of docum ent flow, but also design management module in the process of circulation.In addition, but also to the development of the system in some auxiliary function module design.Finally, be combined with examples to illustrate specific implementation and operation of document management system, and in the actual application. Verify the workflow technology is feasible in practical application.
