Research And Implementation Of A Workflow Management System Based On J2ee Architecture, Government Documents Circulation

The document transmission in government department is the main part of the government'sdaily work. Through studying the advanced computer technology and workflow managementsystem, to approving the speed and supervising the document transmission, is beginning animportant direction of the e-government system in this times. This dissertation lists the disadvantages of traditional document system and summarizes theadvantages of the workflow system. Based on the current situation of document dealing systemcan not meet the needs, this dissertation comes out with new design for the workflow system,namely Government Document Transmission Workflow Management System Based on J2EEArchitecture.In the Chapter 1,the dissertation analyzes the government document transmission situation atthe first, then describes the practical meaning and theory meaning of the dissertation, and thensummarize the actuality of the relative field, and also introduces the paper's main task in the endof the chapter. In the Chapter 2, the dissertation summarizes the relative theory and technology,including the workflow system, the Petri network concept and the J2EE architecture.Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 is the core of the dissertation. In the Chapter 3,the dissertationdescribe the system requirement, the system architecture, the development environment and thedeploy environment, the collectivity module and the sub module of the system design, and thischapter also including the database design, user interface design and system security design. Inthe Chapter 4, the dissertation discuss the key technology and the realization of the system,including the realization of the Struts framework and the J2EE pattern in the system, and alsoincluding other key technique, such as log4j and jxl. At last of this chapter, the dissertationdescribe the whole structure of the system.In the end, the dissertation discusses of the deploy and test process of the system in theChapter 5.In the Chapter 6,the dissertation summarizes the conclusion and the characteristic ofthe system, points out the deficiency of current system and bring forward some improve idea.
