Heilongjiang Daily Newspaper Group's Performance Management Research

HeilongjiangDaily Newspaper Group was set up in June 2002, it is the biggest Newspaper Group in Heilongjiang province which has a main paper, ten series paper, four kinds of magazines, a website and a telephone paper by now. Meanwhile it has many companies such as Newspaper industry printing center, hotels, advertisement companies. But the development of HeilongjiangDaily Newspaper Group is not very successful, it can not fully use the resources which it owned. The author finds that the reason why HeilongjiangDaily Newspaper Group develops so slowly because of the performance management system, and the most important problem is how to build a successful and effective performance management system.The thesis is based on both Literature methodology and Grounded research methodology,trying to summarize the results of the present theory investigation and introduce the domestic and foreign performance management experiences. What's more, the author penetrated into HeilongjiangDaily Newspaper Group to get the fresh and precise materials for this research. Lastly the paper also gives some solutions on the basic of making a deeply analysis of the conditions of the performance management. These solutions will be the guideline in some way.
