The competition is fiercer and fiercer in newspaper market, then it is very important for newspaper group to change the extensive management to intensive. So it is meaningful to research newspaper group management at present. Newspaper group has its own special characteristic besides the common characteristic. The works of this dissertation are as follows:1. Complex network theory is structured by math, physics. Statistics and computer science and provide us a good way to study complex system. There are many fruitful research production in complex network for its use in propagation, cybernetics and synchronization. We introduce the application and further research area of complex network in financial market, commercial relation and transportation building.2. We take the newspaper issue network as case to study the location problem of congeneric commercial facilities in spatial distribution network. We focus on the problem with three folds: the first, finding the optimal number and distribution form of facilities in a specific area by cost-benefit method, the second, putting forward how the newspaper issue network come into being and analysis it's topologic properties, the third, discussing the evolvement progress of the network. We also define the competition coefficient, the larger the coefficient is, the more furious the competition is.3. We analyse the status of Dazhong newspaper group performance management system and optimize it. We put forward a systemic performance management manual which includes summary, performance plan, performance tutorship, performance assessment, the application of performance assessment and the file management of performance. And we use some examples for further describe, the example includes performance object library, performance index and the tabulation.4. We analyse the status of Dazhong newspaper group compensation management system and optimize it. We put forward new compensation system which include compensation structure, payroll, compensation level, compensation initialization, compensation adjust and so on.
