With the changing times,Chinese TV entertainment program have changed various"face",carving dark or light mark in the development of the milestone,however,one mark is always on—the voice of criticism. As imported goods, Chinese TV entertainment program appears various"alienation"in the process of development , which made it become far from TV culture taste, cultural character in eyes of most people, and culture and entertainment are"you can't have your cake and eat it too".We need a good sword to change the phenomenon of various"alienation",which allows the entertainment to the origin,and the good sword is cultural qualities. The entertainment program《Day day up》produced in 2008 got big success,which let people see the development of a new light outlook. At the end of the wild, people began to think that the essence of entertainment and recreation program gradually began to have a value and implications as well as culture qualitiesAt first,this text proceeds from longitudinal angle has introduced the development history of entertainment program step by step according to the change of program and form.. Secondly, to define the entertainment of the cultural quality concept and clear its connotation and extension, also, take the entertainment program《Day day up》from Hunan TV for example. Making a description and analysis by quantitative and qualitative research techniques and analyzing the success of it majoring in journalism, communication, sociology and aesthetics and exploring how can the spirit and cultural qualities will play an integrated successful path of TV entertainment program, which is in order to try hard to offer some reference for Chinese TV entertainment program in noise.
