The Discussion Of The Archival Cultural Control

With the development of human society,the archive is expanding.Archives as the product of human cultural development,at the same time,the archival cultural phenomenon also has it's conformation.At present,in the study of archival management,many scholars tend to focus on the representation of archival management,they are tend to neglect the essential reason of these problems,which is archival culture.Those problems caused by culture should be solved by the cultural solution,which is the main starting point for cultural control.Therefore,as we aim to the construct culture ecological,the archives should handle these problems with archival culture,which is the archival cultural consciousness.Based on cultural consciousness,the development of archival culture can be more in line with social development through cultural controls,so as to promote the social civilization and progress.In light of the development of the archives cause,this article will combined administrative,legal and other invisible management ways used in present archive careers with the theory of cultural control,from the point of view of culture.Firstly,it describes basic concept of archival cultural control,including the formation,definition,characteristics and functions.Then,this paper from the theory of system,combining with the views of the cultural control system from Sima Yunjie,briefly explains the basic meaning of on archival cultural control system,constructs the relationship between archival cultural system and political,legal,opinion,education and organization system,so this paper has concluded that the archival cultural control system contains five control systems——political and legal system,archival opinion system,archival education system and the social organization system.At last,this paper focuses on how to make the archival cultural control come true.It generally goes through four stages——the archival cultural cognition,archival cultural identity,archival cultural self-awareness and the archival cultural self-confidence.In conclusion: nowadays,we find that some of the archival problems are merely because of the lack of in-depth research and systematic carding.With the increasing cultural conflicts,the development of archival culture will broaden our horizon.Researching archival culture control is not just required by the discipline,but also required by social and cultural development.Since archival cultural control is objective,it is absolutely needed in the development of archive careers,and the spreading of archival culture,so that we can achieve national archival cultural self-confidence.
