This article,combined with the TV program "Chinese taste",expounds the importance of culture in the diet TV program.This paper mainly divided into three parts,the first part is the " Chinese " planning of cultural cognition: in terms of content,the paper from the hidden life is music spring food of Chinese old culture gene,explore a regional inherent cultural identity,laid the " Chinese " difference in average diet culture foundation of class column;In terms of form,it focuses on the analysis of the scene representation in " Chinese flavor",restoring the cultural charm of the column image.The second part is the cultural aesthetic of the column production of " Chinese taste" : the application of natural light and scene design provides artistic reality for the visual effect of the column,and the commentary strengthens the aesthetic effect of the column through the artistry of the host language.The third part is the communication value of " Chinese taste" column.This paper analyzes the efforts made by " Chinese taste" column in promoting the food culture and commercialization of Chinese time-honored brands from the two aspects of the cultural value in the field of catering and the commercial value of lumingchun cuisine IP.This paper expounds the innovative value of food culture programs from three aspects: program planning,program making method and program communication value.In the process of illustrating the TV show " Chinese Taste",the thesis mainly uses culturality as the main line,explaining the value of food culture columns respectively from several dimensions.It mainly provides reference for the food culture column about the content selection and the guest interview selection and so on;In the aspect of column production,it mainly gives suggestions on flexible program forms.In the transmission value part,it aims to provide references for propagating.The paper is conducted to contribute my own strength to the food culture columns.
