| With the development of science and technology as well as continued modernization, logistics support has entered the information era. Modern economic activities and military operations are posing higher security requirements for the supply of logistic materials: to be in the right place at the right time in the right quantity, so as to achieve zero time and spacial discrepancies. The author serves in a logistical disaster relief storage base and has been engaged in warehouse management for many years. The warehouse management for this storage base is currently manual and semi-automated, and the level of visualization and security is not very high. Through in-depth research, this study has found that the quality of logistical access and inventory management are key factors for attaining the much needed improvement in the automation, visualization, and security of warehouse management.Concerning logistical access management, this paper has studied and solved how to choose logistical warehouses by using hierarchy analysis. Moreover, in order to improve the efficiency of logistical access management, this study has designed an algorithm for allocating storage space: a cargo space optimization algorithm that minimizes the operation time of forklifts and the in-out frequency of materials. This algorithm has been empirically verified and has obtained very good results. As to inventory management, the checking of inventory is a time-consuming, resource-intensive task that directly affects the level of storage management costs. In order to improve the quality of inventory checking, the present study has optimized the RFID-based AOA / LANDMARC portfolio positioning algorithm, and empirically validated this optimization. The optimized algorithm simplifies the currently inefficient inventory checking process and turns it into a quick electronic inventory check.By combing the above research results, this paper has designed and implemented a RFID and WebGIS-based logistical storage visualization and real-time monitoring system, and has provided a detailed description of how to apply RFID and WebGIS in this system. The system improves the automation, visualization, and security of warehouse management. The present study's research results and system development make a strong practical contribution to the informatization and visualization of logistics. They effectively resolve the problems of logistical access management, improve the efficiency of inventory management, and provide timely and effective information that supports the decision-making of management. |
