With the rapid development of e-commerce and logistics industry,the scale of warehousing is expanding increasingly,a variety of security and management issues are ensued.Especially with the development of modern industry,the circulation of flammable and explosive chemical products is increasing.In order to ensure the security of storage,it is more and more important to monitor the storage environment and materials in real time.The traditional way is monitored by manual operation,which has the characteristic of low efficiency,high cost and limitation.Therefore,the software system based on Web GIS was researched,to meet the needs of warehouse security monitoring and improve the security level of storage.According to the actual demand of the third party company and research of warehouse monitoring system,we build system based on the B/S architecture of the three-tier structure,using MVC + Spring + Spring Data JPA framework and My SQL database to achieve,fully comply with high cohesion and low coupling of design thought.The display platform of the system is a warehouse distribution map in factory based on Web GIS,using Open Layers technology to realize data monitoring and query of the storage capacity and environment in real-time.Firstly,we hava a research on the warehouse monitoring system and related technology,analysis detailed needs for warehouse monitoring system according to the real situation of the third party company and gives UML case diagrams for each module of warehouse monitoring system.Then,according to the design principle of the system,we have an overall design about presentation layer,business logic and data access layer.On this basis,the detailed functional modules of the system are divided into three modules: basic information management module,warehouse monitoring and management module,and real-time monitoring and management of temperature and humidity module,the specific business functions of these three modules are analyzed in detail.After that,the database is developed in detail under the requirement analysis of the system and three paradigms,and the functional modules E-R diagram,logical relation diagram and physical structure table are given.Based on the overall design and detailed design,the system development environment and the specific implementation methods of each module are given,and the key functions of each module are analyzed.Finally,we test and optimize the part of system interface,each module function and real-time data transmission.Now,this system has been developed and put into use over enterprise,the warehouse monitoring and real-time monitoring of security meet the needs of the enterprise.And system effectively improves the efficiency of warehousing monitoring and storage safety coefficient with clear functions,accurate monitoring,user-friendly,easy to operate and other characteristics.
