Plenty of uncertainties exist in the site of the warehouse due to the influences of aspects like environment,equipment and personnel.All these uncertain factors may induce failure of timely capture and processing of storage site information,in which case the effective development of warehousing business will be undermined and even serious loss will be caused for the enterprise.Through the deployment of a certain number of readers at the scene of warehouse,real-time gathering of materials,equipments and other data can be implemented.However,the RFID original data can only play a role in monitoring data flow,and the data can only be put in use after related processing.In this regard,how to deal with the original data and locate it precisely in an effective manner from the mega-data acquired by the RFID system seems to be significant for the current RFID warehouse system.In view of the afore-said problems,the paper tries to build a real-time monitoring system of complex warehousing events,which serves for real-time capture,rules establishment,information release and query statistics,in an attempt to achieve the processing of RFID warehouse data and real-time monitoring of complex warehousing events.The paper firstly unfolds itself with the investigative study on the current application status of RFID storage technology,RFID data processing techniques and related processing technology of complex events at home and abroad.Subsequently,with the aid of RFID and complex events processing technology,the systematic framework and running mode is raised in accordance with core warehousing work flow.Aside from that,the paper analyzes on a series of key technologies encompassing timely gathering of RFID data,complex events rules construction,model building,real-time release of event info,etc.Finally,focusing on the study of warehousing abnormal events and based on the simulation experiment environment set up with open source middleware of Rifidi,the paper tries to design the simulation experiment of RFID warehousing data flow in light of partial typical abnormal events,in an attempt to prove the validity of the model through the real-time monitoring prototype system.Our findings suggest that the redundant data cleaning algorithm and the correction method of out-of-order event flow as raised in the paper could well clean the RFID data flow.The event model as constructed in the study can be successfully matched to corresponding complex events.In this way,the effectiveness of the methods involved in the paper is verified.This study incorporates the complex event processing technology into the RFID warehouse management,and performs a conducive exploration for data mining and application in the realm of RFID warehousing.
