With the development of information technology and the improvement of people’ssafety awareness, many companies, research institutes and government agencies makeclaims that important assetsand the person who is associated with them should be undereffective safety monitoring and management.Therefore, how to get the exact location ofpersonnel and assets indoor turns out to be extraordinarily important. In addition, becasethe signal is often blocked by building’s wallsand the positioning accuracy is generallyin the tens of meters to ten meters, the current GPScannot provide needful servicesin theindoor environment.As a result,in recent years, the indoor positioning technology hasbecome a popular focusin the academic world.This thesis combines the indoor positioning technology and WebGIS toprovideall-weather,all-day, automatic and intelligent management for the indoorenvironment, which allowus to monitior all the real-timestatus of personnel andassets,anddeal withemergenciesand accident in time. The main contentis below:1. Through the introduction and comparative analysisof existing indoor positioningtechnology and algorithms, we select active RFID indoor positioning technology andproposed two positioning algorithm which based on the location of the fingerprintdatabaseand combined with fuzzy clustering and K-nearest neighbor two modesmatching algorithm.This thesis not only describes the principles and steps of thealgorithms, butalso setups experimentsto prove that our method can effectivelysolvemultipath problem andsignal attenuation anomalies problem caused by the indoorenvironment, and our algorithmseffectivelyreduce the complexitybeforethe location ofthe fingerprintdatabase is established.2. Besed on the study and effectiveof WebGIS, this thesis designs and implementsan indoor location system, whichcombines the open source MapServer map serverwithApache Web serverand which uses server-side business logic ThinkPHP MVC templateto respond to client requests. The future use of OpenLayers JS library directly on thevector map to zoom out operation, reduce the complexity of WebGIS development andimprove the response speed of the system. And by BootStrap JS library the overall prospects interface design, user-friendly, elegant appearance.Finally, we built experiment platform by deploying the system in a realisticenvironment to complish the test work.
