With the rapid development of e-commerce and warehousing logistics industry,the modern warehousing model is gradually developing towards automation and informatization.The automated storage & retrieval systems(ASRS)has become the preferred warehouse type in the warehousing industry due to its powerful storage capacity and efficient warehousing operation efficiency.However,due to its multi-task parallel execution,complicated inventory management and large number of devices,the construction of its supporting information warehouse management and control system has brought greater difficulties.With the advancement of modern information technology,the research of information warehouse management and control system has developed rapidly,but most of the warehouse management and control systems still have the following problems: Firstly,most of the monolithic warehouse management and control systems have been unable to cope with the warehousing needs of huge orders and numerous devices.Secondly,the traditional warehouse management and control system has a low degree of visualization,and it is difficult to meet the needs of remote automatic control of equipment and job processes in large-scale warehouse scenarios.Aiming at the many shortcomings in the existing warehouse management and control system and the urgent needs for technological upgrading,this article takes the ASRS as the research object,adopt service-oriented architecture design method,OPC industrial interconnection technology,database technology,WEB service technology,visualization technology,put forward a visual storage management and control technology based on Web.The main research contents of the subject are as follows:(1)Analysis and design of warehouse Web visual management and control systemAiming at the characteristics of complex inventory management,multiple heterogeneous devices and difficult job control in ASRS,analyze the needs of modern warehouse management and control systems and the key technical problems that need to be solved urgently,and give a feasible visual management and control technology route.In order to improve the stability and availability of the system in large-scale warehousing operations,and solve the problems of system maintenance difficulties and poor scalability,put forward the service-oriented warehouse management and control system architecture,designed device monitoring application services,job control application services,etc.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of warehouse management and control,a Web visualization solution for warehouse device monitoring was designed.Based on the ER entity relationship analysis,design the database table structure,establish the mapping relationship between the database table and the warehousing model,and provide unified data services for the system.(2)Visual monitoring of device based on OPC and Web servicesAiming at the problems of numerous underlying devices and heterogeneous communication mode,adopt OPC technology to establish a unified communication interface between the device monitoring server and the PLC device to shield the communication heterogeneity of the device.Based on OPC technology,with warehouse monitoring service as the core,combined with Signal R technology,establish a real-time push mechanism for device data from the server to the client.Adopt Html / CSS / SVG and other front-end visualization technologies,establish a device monitoring visualization view model,realize real-time visual monitoring of equipment status and operation scenarios.(3)Warehouse resource management and job process controlIn order to solve the problems of dense warehouses,complicated and unintuitive inventory management in ASRS,establish a visual management view based on the rank layout to realize the management function of inventory information,material information,pallet information and storage location coding information in units of storage location,and adopt Web chart technology to display inventory information in the form of statistical charts.In order to ensure the accuracy and availability of the storage location and pallet number in the job information,and reduce the error rate of the warehouse operation,established a verification mechanism for job integrity,validity and consistency.In order to realize the automatic control of the job process and ensure the parallel and orderly execution of multi-job tasks,based on warehousing job workflow analysis,considering equipment resource constraints and RGV blocking avoidance rules,established an automatic control mechanism for the workflow based on the "event-response" feature.Based on the server-side push technology,real-time Web visual tracking of job progress,inventory updates and equipment failure information,further improve the controllability of the job process.In summary,the subject is funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission Scientific Research Project(17DZ2283800)and the Songjiang District Demonstration Application Project(2018-01).Adopt ASP.NET Core technology,SQL Server database technology,OPC technology,Signal R technology,SVG / Html and other Web visualization technologies,developed a web visual management and control system for ASRS.Through enterprise trial application,good results have been achieved.The results show that this system can meet the requirements of distributed warehouse operation visualization management and control,and provide a technical basis for further research on the Web-based warehouse management and control system.
