With the development of social economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,China's urban logistics industry has made great progress.Various logistics types that serve people and improve the quality of people's lives have emerged.Among them,micro-logistics for city operations—city logistics Due to its high distribution efficiency and rapid flow of goods,it has brought great convenience to the life of urban residents and is the main factor in the growth of the logistics industry in recent years. However, the city's logistics business is complex and changeable, market demand changes rapidly, there is inaccurate logistics management, information feedback is not timely, weak decision-making analysis and other issues,to a certain extent, limiting the development of the city's logistics. At the same time, the demand of the public for the logistics service quality of the same city logistics is also increasing. The timeliness and accuracy of distribution in the same city has gradually become a key factor for the city's logistics companies to serve the public. At the same time, the demand of the public for the logistics service quality of the same city logistics is also increasing. The timeliness and accuracy of distribution in the same city has gradually become a key factor for the city's logistics companies to serve the public. However, the existing city-level logistics platform has a low level of information and a low degree of innovation, and it is difficult to meet the business needs of information monitoring and operational analysis in the distribution process in the same city. Therefore, strengthening the construction of a logistics information platform is of great significance to the development of city-level logistics. This article combines the development status of logistics distribution in China, and analyzes and studies the real-time supervision and operation management issues in the same city distribution process.Based on the characteristics of rapid iterative logistics business in the same city, the micro-service idea was chosen to implement the system architecture design.Based on WebGIS technology, the city's logistics distribution monitoring platform with logistics data sharing, logistics real-time feedback, data operation analysis and other functions has been realized, achieving real-time monitoring of the entire life cycle of city distribution and realizing the requirements of precise management of city distribution. The main work and results of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the full understanding of the business in the same city,a detailed analysis of the business needs of the distribution monitoring platform in the same city was carried out.Summarized the problems that need to be solved in the monitoring of distribution process, maintenance of basic information, and analysis of space-time operations. At the same time,a feasibility analysis was conducted on these issues.(2)In response to the growing demand for logistics in the same city,Tongzhou's logistics monitoring platform should have good business expansion, define the micro service architecture model, complete the overall architecture of the city distribution monitoring platform, and achieve decoupling between business functions.(3)For the business needs of the city's logistics, the use of WebGIS technology and micro-service architecture program to build the same city logistics monitoring platform. The platform has changed the traditional way of information supervision of logistics distribution, providing a powerful information platform for the development of city logistics, strengthening the information supervision and macro decision-making capabilities of the logistics distribution process, and further improving the service quality and level of city logistics.
