| With the rapid growing of science and technology, computers and their related technologies, which are treated as a pivotal role in the banking human resource management, have been applied to kinds of banking human resource management areas. As a major component of financial institutions, banking resource management is even more important than another business. Therefore, it is a necessary to implement automation, intelligentized and informatization into its human resource management.In accordance with software engineering development ideas and design methods, the banking human resource management system is developed to conform with personnel information management requirements. The system includes departmental management module, employee management module, work management modules, performance management module, system management and report generation module of six modules. Based on IBM iSeries AS400 business computer, this system is built with DB2 database and OS400 operation system. Being an integrated computer system, AS400 has included hardware, operation system, database, backup tools communication protocols, etc. middleware when delivered.This paper describes the purpose and background of system research, the system functional requirements analysis, system outline and detail designs and system implementation.
