Nowadays,the market-oriented operation of enterprises has become the mainstream,and the operation of enterprises has gradually moved toward the fast lane.The management system of enterprises has become more and more standardized.The performance appraisal of employees in the management of employees has become a basis for the evaluation of the quality of their work.The role.In the continuous development of technology,China has carried out technical improvement on the status quo of performance appraisal,and introduced performance appraisal technology into the performance appraisal work of enterprises,which can promote the work efficiency of enterprise employees' performance and lay a stable foundation for the subsequent development of enterprises.This paper analyzes the specific content and implementation of enterprise performance appraisal.Based on the balanced scorecard theory as the performance appraisal indicator,it mainly applies B/S mode,ASP.NET technology and MVC structure and SQL Server2012 database,etc.Based on the business requirements,the main functional modules of the system are established,including five functional modules: user management,employee information management,attendance management,employee plan management and performance management.Then the overall architecture of the system is designed,and the ov erall design principles of the system are introduced.Then the design of the main functional modules of the system is carried out.The design flow of each functional module is designed by applying the timing diagram,and the database and security functions of the system are carried out.design.Finally,the implementation process of the system is demonstrated.After the system development is completed,the test cases are used to check whether the function of the system meets the design requirements.Accordi ng to the test results,the advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed,and the overall evaluation of the system is made.The performance appraisal system based on the balanced scorecard theory researched in this paper has played a positive role in promoting the information development of enterprise performance management.
