Research On Performance Management Of Radio And Television Logistics In C City Based On Balanced Scorecard

This paper takes a logistics unit of C City Radio and Television as the research object,studies and analyses the performance appraisal system of the unit,finds out the problems,analyses the reasons,and puts forward the solutions.Since the establishment of the research object in 2013,the performance appraisal has changed several times.Different appraisal modes have different effects on standardizing the behavior of employees,improving the operation ability of units and improving the efficiency of employees.However,all the changes can not help institutions to adapt to the market-oriented operation mode.It also fails to systematically guarantee the continuous improvement of productivity,the steady improvement of service level and the effective incentive to employees.By studying the historical documents in relevant professional fields and similar research in recent years,this paper grasps the same type of problems and their solutions.Then,by means of archives review,questionnaires and employee interviews,the paper uses the Balanced Scorecard as an analysis tool to classify and summarize the current problems faced by the research subjects and study their solutions.Reasons for this.In view of the reasons,and then based on the balanced scorecard,the corresponding optimization reform plan is designed.Through the writing of the paper,I hope to help understand the practical problems facing the unit and establish a performance appraisal system that will help it further develop.
