Looking at the world,the global economy has been recovering since 2008,but the ensuing Brexit,US financial crisis,Sino-US trade war and so on made the world economic situation unstable,the complicated international situation is always affecting domestic enterprises.The main business of s company is to produce Chips,supplying Huawei,Midea and other enterprises,and the domestic environment is closely related In the face of the huge challenges brought about by the US chip blockade against China and the Sino US trade war.,I have to start thinking about how to take measures in the complex and changeable domestic and international economic environment to help S company to survive and go well,by the way,my mainly responsibility in S company is for the internal operation and enterprise management,so this article is prepared to start from the existing performance management system of s company.Thinking from this perspective,how to take measures in the crisis-ridden,complex and changeable economic environment can enable S company to win steadily in the turbulent economic situation,and the company's existing internal performance indicator system has been used for many years.Therefore,I am going to start with the existing performance indicator system of S company.S company is a large-scale manufacturing enterprise with a mature business scale and a development history of nearly 50 years.And it covers over3,000 employees,and it includes ten departments.Since there are some problems exist in S company,I advised the balanced scorecard theory to S company,which breaks the limitation of using only financial standards to evaluate company performance level,but also it contains using the customer factor,the internal operation management factor and raises the need to pay attention to the staff's learning and growth,not only that,it can also help corporate strategies to better plan.By decomposing corporate strategic objectives into various departments,it can also help the executor to understand the relationship between themselves and the organizational strategy,and to achieve the performance indicators effectively.I used several research methods in the article,for example,I used the interview method,the questionnaire survey method,and the literature research method,and I also consulted the domestic and foreign excellent literature,and I studied the performance management theory,and then I started from the company senior management and the company performance management department,a small group of colleagues,drawn from senior management,interviewed employees and voted for the company's existing performance indicator.At the same time,the middle-level and high-level employees of S companies were also selected to do a questionnaire survey,and then,I thought about the results with the S company's current performance management,asked the middle and senior staff to raise a series of questions about s company,the problems collected mainly include the decoupling of the company's strategy and performance indicator system,the over-formalization of the current performance indicator system assessment system,the weak relationship between the company's performance assessment standards and compensation,etc.,according to the balanced score card theory[13],I designed the strategic map of s company,and then I used the hierarchy process to design the each performance index's weight.Finally,according to the trial operation of balanced scorecard in s company and the actual situation,I have put forward to all aspects of support and guarantee for S company to implement the new performance management tool.
