Design And Implemenration Of The Bearing Management Information System With Life Cycle

At present, the database constructions and management standards of aviation bearingengineering are uncomplete and unable to meet the needs of development and manufacture,quality testing, application service for bearings management with life cycle. Theinformatization of bearing engineering management is an essential condition forintegrating the three stages of development, manufacture and application. Aiming at carrythrough the data management and quality control of bearings, and build a pefect managechain of bearing engineering, a bearing management information system with life cycle isdesigned and complemented in this paper.Firstly, considering the current status of manufacture, quality test and appllicationservice management, the requirement analysis for the database construction andmanagement is carried out, objective and requirement for system design are defined.Secondly, based on the work flow and the key technology in bearing engineer, theoverall desing of the bearing management system with life cycle is proposed, and thesystem functions are presented, including system data management, manufacturers datamanagement, quality test data management, regular install data management andapplication service data management.Thirdly, for each function module, the detailed design for the bearing managementsystem with life cycle is presented. The basic database and the experiment database aredevised, the basic database includes system manament database, standard andspecification database, evaluation database, experince database includes manufacturedatabase, quality test database and dais test database.At last, based on the C/S development mode of, employing the Visual Basicdevelopment tool and Microsoft SQL Server, we complete the access control in view ofTRBAC, data query and management, data statistic analysis and so on.This system has been applied in the relevant departments of China Aviation IndustryGroup and runs well as expected.
