| At present,with the improvement of software development technology and the proposal of the concept of "Internet plus",all major industries are committed to information services.Due to the rapid iterative speed of technology updates in the computer industry,many software will enter a new R&D cycle to meet the needs of customers while tending to improve.The proportion of young employees in software internet enterprises is relatively high,and the turnover of employees is frequent.In this context,how to optimize the performance management model of software Internet enterprises is very important to adapt to the development of the industry,better mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and ensure the stability of personnel.SY Software Technology Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise dedicated to housing software,mainly engaged in software development,supporting product research and development and digital services.In recent years,with the continuous development of the Internet concept,the increasing requirements of the society for government information,and the increasing progress of software development technology,the company’s product functions are becoming more and more complete,and the number of customers is also increasing.With the increasing size of the company,the number of on-site service personnel of each branch company is increasing.Due to the increasingly fierce market competition,the company also has problems such as personnel loss,after-sales service transformation,new product research and development pressure and cost control.The traditional financial oriented performance management model can not adapt to the current development,the company’s strategy needs more matching performance management system to support.This thesis mainly analyzes the performance management problems of SY Software Company,puts forward the optimization scheme,and provides reference for the company to carry out better performance management and promote the sound development of the company.Based on the related theories of performance management and balanced scorecard,this thesis carries out an optimization study on performance management of SY Software Technology Co.Ltd.Firstly,this thesis discusses the basic theories of performance management and balanced scorecard,introduces the current research situation at home and abroad,and reviews the literature;Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of SY Software Technology Co.,Ltd.,conducts a survey of the company’s performance management,summarizes the current performance management problems encountered by SY Software Co.,Ltd.through questionnaires and interviews,and analyzes the main causes of the problems;Thirdly,analyze the necessity and feasibility of using the balanced scorecard in SY Software Company,analyze the strategy of SY Software Company using SWOT,form a strategic map and performance management optimization flowchart for SY Software Company,determine four dimensions of evaluation indicators,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of evaluation index and optimize the whole process of company performance management;Finally,the main implementation steps and safeguard measures of performance management optimization are put forward to guarantee the normal operation of the new performance management system.At the end,the main conclusions of this thesis are drawn,and the shortcomings of the scheme are analyzed to provide reference significance for follow-up research in the same industry. |
