| Objective:To observe effect of Triple Needling with electro acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Investigate the mechanism of this treatment and prove the effective-ness of acupuncture. Observe the difference of the content of NO in plasma before and after treatment, evaluate the treatment influence of the content of NO in plasma. Improve acupun-cture treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical basis for the optimization program.Methods:66 patients who were in accordance with the inclusion criteria,were randomly grouped intoâ‘ Triple Needling treatment group (Triple Needling+electro acupuncture+ massage),â‘¡electro acupuncture treatment group (acupuncture+electro acupuncture+ massage),â‘¢massage group. Marked Triple Needling treatment groupas experimental group, with 25 patients enrolled. Marked electro acupuncture treatment group as the control group 1, with 21 patients enrolled. Marked massage treatment group as the control group 2, with 20 patients enrolled. The Triple Needling major point is paravertebral point (the sides of a lesions vertebral and nearby vertebral), and choice the Zhibian point and Huantiao point by type of syndrome; The Acupuncture major point is paravertebral point, and choice other points by type of syndrome; The Electro acupuncture major point is a pair of paravertebral points and the other pair is choiced by type of syndrome. The dilatational wave frequencies of Electro acupuncture are 2Hz, 10Hz, 100Hz alternately. Keep the needle for 30 minutes and Massage for 20 minutes each time each day, after 6 consecutive days of rest 1 day, The time for a course of treatment is 10 days, a course of treatment each time.Before treatment, after treatment for 3 days, after treatment for 6 days, after treatment for 10 days, measured and evaluated the change among patients in each group "low back pain assessment criteria" (JOA score) points, McGill Pain Questionnaire short form score (SF-MPQ), in the light of the PRC pharmaceutical standard "diagnostic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes standard" for evaluating the effect; measured and evaluated the change of the content of NO in plasma of patients in each group before and after treatment. Used SPSS 16.0 statistical software for data processing.Result:(1) Three groups could improve the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patie-nts with symptoms and signs (P<0.05). After 6 days treatment, all three groups had a signify-cant improvement in symptoms and signs. Experimental group, control group 1 are better than control group 2 in the general improvement of symptoms and signs (P<0.05).(2) Three groups of treatment could ease the pain caused by lumbar disc herniation, sign-ificant pain relief after 6 days treatment. Triple Needling with electro acupuncture has a good analgesic effect.(3) Three groups could significantly decrease the content of NO in plasma after treatment (P<0.05). The content of NO in plasma no significant statistical difference before and after treatment among the three groups (P> 0.05).(4) Three groups could improve the symptoms, signs after treatment, Experimental group's total improvement rate higher than the control group 2.Conclusion:Triple Needling with electro acupuncture is an effective treatment of lumb-ar disc herniation, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, has a good analgesic eff-ect, Triple Needling showed more obvious advantages on the overall efficacy, all three treat-ment effected on adjusting the content of NO in plasma. |
