Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture foot Lin chi and Maiintersection point with the Conventional acupuncture treatment of lumbar discherniation,and to Compare with the conventional Acupuncture, with a view to provide clinical basisfor finding non-operative therapy for the treatment of LIDP.Research Methods:60cases of LIDP patients were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group,30cases in each group, the observation groupacupuncture treatment of LIDP the conventional points plus acupuncture foot Lin chi andMai intersection point, the control group does not take foot Lin chi and Mai intersectionpoints, the other acupoints acupuncture, the needle, acupuncture frequency and course oftreatment with the observation group. two groups of patients were treated before andTreatment of1,2overall efficacy evaluation after treatment, visual analog scale scoreswere signs and symptoms of statistical effects.Results:1. In the overall efficacy, observation group and control group was nosignificant difference (P>0.05), shows observation group and control group thorns overallefficacy consistent, but observation group after the first course of treatment cure rate andtotal effective rates were40%and70%, the second post-treatment cure rate and totaleffective rates were46.7%and90%, were superior to control group.2. VAS pain scorecomparison, two groups were compared before and after treatment was no significantdifference (P>0.05).3. Symptoms and signs score comparison, the two groups before andafter treatment in patients first course of treatment, the second course of treatment therewas significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:1. The overall effect of observation group and control group of patientswith lumbar disc are improved, but the cure rate of observation group and the totaleffective rate higher than the control group.2. Observation group and control group ofpatients with lumbar disc herniation pain and symptoms and signs have improved, butacupuncture treatment when lumbar disc herniation and with foot Lin chi and Maiintersection point (observation group)can effectively improve clinical symptoms andsigns.
