Clinical Observation Of Triple Needling Paravertebral Point Mainly On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe clinical effect of Triple Needling paravertebral point treatment of lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide a certain degree of clinical application and efficacy evaluation for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly grouped into Triple Needling group and conventional acupuncture group 30 cases each.The conventional acupuncture major point is paravertebral point,and choose other points by type of syndrome.The Triple Needling major point is paravertebral point,and choose the Zhibian point and Huantiao point by type of syndrome.All the patients were treated 2 courses of treatment.The JOAscore and VAS score were measured before and after treatment for each group of lumbar disc herniation.Used SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data processing.Result:(1)VAS:Two groups could ease the pain caused by lumbar disc herniation(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group for the improvement of pain was better than conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).(2)JOA:The results of the after treatment of two groups about the improvement of lumbar function shown that both groups had effect on improving the function of lumbar disc herniation,but the Triple Needling was better,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).(3)The clinical effect comparison:The total effective rate of treatment group is 96.67%,and the total effective rate of control group is73.33%.The Triple Needling is more effective than conventional acupuncture in treating this disease.Conlusion:Triple Needling paravertebral point has effect on the treatment for lumbar disc herniation,and it has a good analgesic effect.
