Competitive Intelligence System For China's Small And Medium-sized Enterprises To Build The Framework For Research

By studying enterprise competitive intelligence system (ECIS) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES), the author analyzed how to build competitive intelligence system (CIS) for SMES in our country. First, the article analyzed the characteristic of SMES and intelligence need, which provided the basis of how to build CIS. Secondly, the author analyzed the necessity, the principle and the method of building CIS for the SMES. After analyzing, the author concluded that it was the best way for university and SMES to combine and build CIS. Thirdly, the author analyzed the key successful factor of building SMES CIS and the procedure of building CIS for enterprises and university emerging. Fourthly, the author creatively analyzed the CIS frame for SMES and university emerging with present theories. At last, the author analyzed the particularity of SMES CIS.
