Into the 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the growing importance of information and data, especially "big data first year" 2013, officially marked the arrival of the era of big data, the data has been the world within the scope of enterprises as the core content of the comprehensive competitive strength. The trend of global economic integration, the increasingly uncertain, makes the enterprise in the field of technology innovation, production management, product design, marketing, external cooperation and competition in the industry, risk management, international trade and the strategic decision to be big data information support. Especially in market economy is a kind of information asymmetry in the economic form, enterprise managers to use "intuition and experience" of the "elite decision mode to manage enterprise has apparently unable to adapt to the needs of the development of the times, based on large data environment, competitive intelligence, prompting policy towards the intelligent has become the urgent matter to the continuous improvement of enterprise management.The for large data environment for small and medium-sized enterprises in the competitive intelligence launched study aimed to make a comprehensive and systematic discussion on data to explore data environment for the influence of our country small and medium-sized enterprise competitive intelligence, then the competitive intelligence demand characteristics, existing problems to make an objective analysis, from which summed up the small and medium-sized enterprises continue to grow in strength and path:to build a large data environment under the small and medium-sized enterprise competitive intelligence system, the use of modern, intelligent management means to continue improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise quality management, to enhance its comprehensive competitive strength. In addition, this paper in order to run to promote small and medium enterprises construct the small and medium-sized enterprise competitive intelligence system better, in combination with the subjects learned knowledge and the current domestic and foreign existing research results on the basis, from the trust mechanism, sharing mechanism, reward and punishment mechanism, coordination mechanism four aspects of data under the environment of small and medium-sized enterprise operational mechanism of competitive intelligence discusses, in rich the content on the research of competitive intelligence system at the same time, for the small and medium-sized enterprise forward and development help.
