Research On Anti-competitive Intelligence Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In Yunnan Province

With the rapid development of social economy, information technology, also showed a trend of rapid development, enterprise’s information resources are public and an increasingly transparent. Should however as a result, more and more business competition, making the scope of the enterprise competitive intelligence activities are becoming more and more widely, but also bring the study of the importance of competitive intelligence for enterprise development. Although the competitive intelligence and anti-competitive intelligence are contradictory both sides, but in terms of materialist dialectics, an identical, the two sides between them both contradictory and interdependent. Therefore, the enterprise in the attention of competitive intelligence at the same time, also gradually to anti-competitive intelligence.The article expounds the basic concept of competitive intelligence and anti-competitive intelligence, mutual relations and other issues, to small and mid-sized enterprise in Yunnan province as an example to investigate the anti-competitive intelligence work analysis, points out its defects in anti-competitive intelligence work and problems, and puts forward the small and mid-sized enterprise anti-competitive intelligence work in Yunnan province strategy research.
