With the rapid development often years, e-commerce has entered the era of the Red Sea market, some small and medium-sized enterprise is also committed to build their own shop on the e-commerce platform. The competition of the market online is intense, competitive intelligence research which need to pay attention to the problem how to collect, use competitive intelligence to provide services for their own. The existing comprehensive or platform for e-commerce websites such as taobao.com, dangdang.com, Jingdong mall, VANCL, have certain user viscosity, therefore, many small and medium-sized enterprises will look to invest in areas of vertical market segments, using competitive intelligence to develop its own brand in the specific market areas.
