With the constant deepening of China's medical system reform and the continuous improvement of investment in information technology, Market-based characteristic of medical services is more prominent. In medical establishment keen competition, we recognize that, simply raise the level and quality of medical technology is far from enough, we must pay attention to hospital-customer relationship, and listens attentively to the customer the call and the demand. Whether to meet the patient healthy need effectively promptly, as well as to turn the potential demand into real patient needs, associated with the hospital's survival and development. Therefore, establishing a complete the hospital-customer relationship management system is a necessary requirement to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.As a part of the construction of hospital information, the construction and application of hospital-customer relationship management system makes hospitals effectively manage for customer resources, and builds a good relationship between hospitals and customers. It implements a transformation that from a traditional"medical technology as the core"business model to the modern"customer-centric"business model, and improve the satisfaction and loyalty of customers, so that hospitals can hold an invincible position in the fierce market competition, ultimately improve the efficiency.In this thesis, using the Hospital-Customer Relationship Management of PLA General Hospital as background, we use software engineering principles and methods, to do a detailed analysis for the business processes and functional requirements of the hospital-customer relationship management system, and carry out the architecture design, module division on system. The system's functionality covers all aspects of HCRM, including medical records management, patient communication management, booking of registered management, follow-up management, call center etc. The thesis designs the functional structure and processing flow in detail, and gives the database design of the system.The design and implementation process of system use the SSI (Struts2 + Spring + iBatis) layered architecture, and make use of jQuery to do the aided design page. The implement of system achieves the desired results, and meet the needs of hospital. Besides, the distribution of the module can be carried out according to the actual situation of the hospital. The system has a lot of characteristic, for example, the flexibility, ease of implementation, loosely coupled, highly scalable and so on.
