Design And Implementation Of The Hospital Customer Relationship Management Information System

Hospital customer information management is a very important and complicated work. For the previous manual collection to establish communication with patients obviously can not meet the complex medical information monitoring. How to improve the efficiency of hospital customer care is an important problem faced by the hospital, information means to deal with patients and the hospital is the key to solve the problem. Therefore, high resolution put forward the development of the hospital management system.Hospital customer relationship management information system(HCRM) research in the current medical situation and previous studies based on the results obtained by the correlation. This paper has developed a HCRM system is designed and realized with the Jiujiang Chinese medicine hospital characteristics and the actual situation. The hospital customer relationship management system adopts the object oriented design method, the current mainstream in research and development to complete. First, through the comparison of the hospital customer relationship analysis and management of hospital patients at home and abroad, but also actively absorb their advantages and advanced the idea of customer relationship management information system based on WEB technology. Application of customer relationship management in hospital functions to improve hospital service quality, create and improve hospital brand advantage, optimize the hospital service flow, reduce the service cost of hospital, including customer information registration, review, approval and other links, and customer service activities. The system development uses the advanced ASP.NET technology, using IIS as the application server, build the three layer system structure, the backend database using the security and stability of MS SQL Server2005.Hospital customer relationship management system realizes the cross platform operation, simple, friendly interface, flexible, practical, safety requirements. Through the efforts, the system design has been completed, and put into use, performance reached the intended target.
