Neijiang Telecom Subsidiary Financial Payroll Management System Design And Realization

With the rapid development of computer technology and popular using of computer applications in telecommunication enterprise management, it's more and more necessary to use the computer for the purpose of salary management. This system is designed according to the actual personnel system and financial system of the Neijiang Telecommunication Branch under the customer demand analysis. It uses Visual Basic 6.0 and ACCESS 2000, which are considered powerful, as the development tools, and it is designed as an integrated system for the enterprise's finance and salary management needs. The whole system is designed under the requirements of simple operation, friendly user interface, being flexible, applicable and safe. It can provide the functions of human resource management, work-hour recording and wage management process, including creation of employee's profile, update of information, query of employee information, work-hour management, calculation, edition and query of employee's salary data, as well as salary form printing, etc. After practice, it shows that the system has the capability of meeting the requirements of personnel management and salary management. This paper presents main topics of research background, major functions of the system and development process, focusing on the system design concepts, the technical difficulties and the solutions. The financial management system of Neijiang Telecommunication Branch provides an efficient way to process the financial and salary data by using both computer and human labor, rather than human labor only, which has proved to be an improvement to the work efficiency of the company.
