Application Of Angile Test Management To Financial Software Development Projects

With the development of the times,more and more multinational companies hav e set up their research and development centers in China,which promotes the develop ment of the software development technology in China.Agile development has been widely used in the software development of various industries,and the most common application is to the software of the financial industry.With the development of Agile R & D,agile testing becomes more widely recognized.Fast growth of finance industr y places greater requirements on the financial software;customers have greater deman d and therefore greater requirement is placed on the software development progress.It requires further study on how to respond to customers' changing demands and how to meet their expectations and how to surpass competitors to launch Agile competitive p roducts.Firstly,this thesis makes a survey and analysis on domestic and international rese arch status of agile testing,and then proposes a reference solution to the human resour ce allocation in the project by combining the project human resource management,an d provides a feasible method and technique for agile testers.Based on observation and data collection as well as specific cases,this thesis intr oduces human resources related to the user story estimation,estimation of project dev elopment cycle,makes forecast to the trend of user story,and in the end makes compa rative study between the efficiency of human resource management in traditional test and agile testing.The thesis introduce the communication of specific cases stage by st age and makes the evaluation on the effect of communication management;it also ana lyze the project schedule stage by stage;the burn down chart of the project schedule p resents a clear picture.Although this thesis is from the financial industry software dev elopment project,it has some reference significance to the human resource manageme nt,communication management and progress management of other industries softwar e development in China.
