Research And Design On Municipal Educational E-Government Platform Based On J2EE

Information has become the key factor of social and economic development with the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology, Information of governmental departments takes an important position in the social and economic information.At present,Office Automation,EDI and E-Government have been widely used in the dally routine of all levels of governments.Taian Municipal Education Bureau, having jurisdiction over seven county bureaus,dozens of colleges and secondary schools,more than twenty sectors,is in urgent need of an E-government platform to support the whole educational system daily routine in the purpose of increasing the efficiency and the leader's ability to make policy,realizing the perfect sharing of information,strengthening the coordinate between different sectors.Firstly,the essay describes the background of educational E-government platform and the difficulties in the course of developing and designing,analyzes the functional and non-functional demands for the system,and illustrates in detail the demand for the system with charts and diagrams.Secondly,the framework of educational E-government platform system is designed on the basis of demand analysis.The target and principle of the system design are first formulated,then the system's functional framework,network skeleton,soft ware framework,MVC model,JDBC data storage memory framework,and work flow engine framework are separately designed.Finally,allowing for the security of the system,the security design is made.Thirdly,detailed platform system design of the E-government platform is made.In this part,the system management and the documents flow,including the design of class diagrams,the design of sequence chart,the design of work flow,the design of database entity relationship chart,are mainly designed and the charts designed in entity relationship charts and the designs of all the modules are described in detail. Fourthly,the realization of each module is briefly introduced and the effect chart and the realization of each part are given.Finally,the application of the educational E-government platform system is briefly introduced in the essay and some advice for the further improvement of the system is given.The essay,by way of software engineering,from the aspects of system analysis, system design,software development,describes the E-government platform on the background of Taian Municipal Education Bureau E-government system,which is in smooth use at present.
