Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Business Platform Based On J2ee Enterprise

With the rapid development of the Internet technologies, the office automation system has been widely applied in e-government. However, the office automation system with the operation flow focus can not meet the modern information construction requirements of businesses. It has become a major issue of how to design a coordinated office system with information management at its core. The coordinated office system designed in this article has greatly improved a business'efficiency with the effective general management goals by gathering, organizing and exchanging information between people as well as different departments.This article has intensively studied the system architectures and related technologies of the third generation coordinated office system based on the J2EE platform. It also has developed a coordinated office automation system based on document flows. The functions of this platform have been improved and optimized in order to realize the coordinated operations emphasized on operation flows, and to meet the requirements of modern information management as well.From a software engineering perspective, the design of this platform targets on the requirement analysis of document flows to the system, and the abstraction of the data-to-object model. This article states the main operation flows with means including the sequent charts and the state diagrams. It designed and realized the modules of the form customizations and process customizations in the document flows. In order to satisfy customers'needs and product design, it also provides reasonable suggestions according to the results of the chart and form customization with XML analysis and the results of the procedure customization with visual means.
