First, research the needs of Hunan College of Humanities, science and technology's document issued by the agencies, modify, and document management processes, find the needs of the college's document management processes in different segments, and then analysis on the process of new documents, modify, approve, publish, delete the backup of the different departments, determine the school's different departments'needs of the document process, and then give the functional and detailed design of the various types of documents submitted, approved and published process, and finally combine demand analysis and system design to achieve the system, describes in detail the system implementation process and the key technologies and part of the core algorithm.System finally achieves all of the aspects of document management of Hunan College of Humanities, science and technology, so that all college document management more standardized, achieve the college documents to add, delete, approve, publish, archive, query and other computerized process, Combines all of the school departments in a whole, it improve document management efficiency, but also greatly reduces the college workers workload in management documents.The successful achievement of this system, basically meets the College requirements for document management, achieves efficiency and standardization of school document circulation, as in other aspects provides a strong guarantee of the other school work runs smoothly.
