Design And Implementation Of Office Document Management System

At present, most daily works are mainly sending and receiving electronic document by form of the mail management in school. The e-mail operation has limitations, because its function only contains file transfer, and it's not very convinient by uploading and downloading document by the form of accessory. Individual's administrative work still keeps traditional method, there is no function of pigeonholing electronic documents, or security mechanism, and organization and personnel management mechanism is also in need. And of these would lead influnce administrative efficiency. How to achieve the goal of information security and meanwhile making different departments and schools to share information, which is a key for improving the efficiency of our college's administrative work.This project is to solve the discommodiousness in university documents management. First, this project has carried on the demand analysis of administrative document management. The system consists of user login identity authentication module, the roles and rights management module, office document flow module, office document management module, and system disposition module. Then, the system gives system's preliminary design and the detailed design. The system adopts SSH2 structureses and develops principle according to the system layering and carries on the J2EE source frame according to the function layer division of labour integration. In the framework of the development, presentation layer using Struts technology, management of user requests, make the appropriate response, a controller, the request will be delegated to another page for processing layer, and complete interface input validation. The business layer is acted as by Spring, handles business logic and business school to check, and manage a dependence between business objects relation. The persistence layer is acted as by Hibernate, which creates persistent classes and their attributes and database tables and fields in correspondence, and will carry out an establishing of data, read, renewal and deletion operation. Finally, The documents management system has established based on collection B/S architecture and the advanced java technology, which has many advanced features like versatile, multi-level users, high security etc. In the final paper, we conducted a comprehensive summary for the work of the system, and gived the results achieved in this system, pointing out the deficiencies and improving direction.Through commissioning the project, it proves that the network office document management can reduce the staff working pressure, and improve the work efficiency and it is more practical. The system can normally run and use.
