Fuqing Municipal Office Document Flow System Analysis And Design

The transformation and examination of files is the only normal way of communication for enterprises and governments in our country for a long time. Usually, all kinds of files are send by post or by manual transmission, which is very slow and inefficient. With the construction of service-oriented government, how to improve the efficiency of document circulation become more and more important in the daily work of the government .In this thesis, the author try to do some research and analysis on the document flow system of the government office of Fuqing, with her work practice in Fuqing city government office.The workflow is one kind of technology of process modeling, the process management and the control, which is a new subject in the area of the operation research, with the supporting of the information technology. It uses the office document circulation process modeling, the process movement, the process monitoring and the management, for the circulation process automation. Workflow technology is the core of document flow system.The thesis take Fuqing government as an example, analyze operations of the office of the government's current situation and existing problems, proposed the system properties. Then, do needs analysis, including system architecture, system function, system flow and system security. And then, make the system basic framework and basic flow.At Last, the thesis make a brief summary of the results, noting that the system existing deficiencies and proposed way forward ideas.
