Smes Universal Dynamic Mrp ¢ò System Design And Realization

The development of enterprise informatization was accelerated by the modern computer technology and communication.However,the informatization of the medium and small enterprises which occupy 99% of total enterprises progressed at a slow pace.One of the major causes is that these medium and small enterprises had no proper management information system.The production,sale,finance,purchasing and enginee-ring were hitched together by Manufacturing Resource Planning(MRP II). An integrated optimization pattern of total productive management was formed by sharing their data.To consider enterpise's production operation environment fully and use MRP II technology to build enterprise's management information system is medium and small enterprise's booster,which makes them to be bigger and stronger gradually.However, some phenomenons such as breaking into the order or modifying the order were found during the requirements analysis. That is to say,the way using strict MRP II flow can not satisfy with the actual demand of the company.So,the dynamic MRP II system is such the system which is needed by the medium and small enterprises.This thesis discusses the design and realization of the general dynamic MRPII system of medium and small enterprise.My work includes:1. The development of the medium and small enterprise informatization was outlined.The main problems during the medium and small enterprise informatization were studied,and the research direction was selected.Then,the history , the constitution and characteristics of MRP II were introduced.The architecture of MRP II was analysed systematically,and the workflow was introduced.2. After the requirements of the general dynamic MRPII system of medium and small enterprise were analysed,the workflow of the operational management,technology management,purchasing management,store management,sales management and financial management was formulated.The system architecture was designed by using the structured programming method.At last,the interface and the database were designed. 3. Using Delphi 7, each functional module was realized.And the system was tested.According to the requirement, the system was designed and realized.It is very flexible and can satisfy the actual demand of the company.After the test run,the system worked normally, and run stably.It come up to the anticipated goal.At the same time,some defects were found. For example,the system can not exchange data with the company's other system, and the system can not support the electronic commerce and custom service adequately.
