The Analysis And Design Of Management Information System In Small And Medium Garment Enterprises

Garment industry is an important part of our national economy, which is closely related with people's production and life. It's an important reflection of economic and social development. It's known that the main characteristics of clothes are multi-style, short-period, fast turnover and seasonal While the trend of clothing characteristics are determined by clothes' styles,fabrics, colors, specification and other factors. If there are some problems with management and administration, it will cause overstocked products and flow difficulties to garment enterprises.In recent years, with the pace of global economic integration further accelerating and the market competition increasing, garment enterprises have met many challenges. In order to win a place in the fierce competition, garment enterprises are in urgent need of an information management system,which includes the information about production, distribution, storage, marketing, branch offices, stores and other relevant information. Using the system, garment enterprises can get real-time feedback of sales data, control the production costs, and track the products. And therefore, garment enterprises can reduce management costs, improve operational efficiency and enhance the competitiveness. Small and medium garment enterprises are faced with difficulties such as lack of money, poor management and informational foundation, staff shortage. Problems such as how to make information infiltrate each session of enterprise business, understanding informationization, familiarity with infomationization technology, control of informationization have always troubled the development of enterprises. My essay is based on advanced technology and management experience of home and abroad. Taking Taian Dongsheng Clothing Company as an example, in my essay I analyze the inside and outside environment of the enterprise, give a more complete implementation program to help enterprises solve business and management problems in order to obtain better development.First of all, I analyze the development status and information problems of small and medium garment enterprises. Analyzing the function demand, I focus on production management requirements on flow charts and Use Case Diagram instructions.The second part, based on the demand analysis, I design the structure of an information management system. Firstly, according to the system requirements I propose principles and design goals of the system, and then make the outline design of the system functional structure, network structure, hardware structure, software structure; Secondly, considering the safety of the system, I design Security Gateway for the system.The third part is the detailed design of information management systems, which include the user layer, business layer, production management and materials management (including class diagram design, sequence diagram design, database design and algorithm description)The fourth part, on the basis of the detailed design, I give a brief introduction to each module, prefigurative drawing of the system and the key part of the code implementation.Finally, I make a brief introduction about Dongsheng Clothing Company's the application of information management system, and make recommendations to further improve the system.My essay is about the analysis and design of management information system in small and medium garment enterprises, which is referred to other small and medium enterprises.
