The Design And Implementation Of Finacial Management System For Medium And Small Enterprises

This system of an enterprise plays an important role in guaranteeing the enterprise’s normal operation, providing basis for market competition, as well as promoting business up. Financial management is also the most concerned work at the decision-making level due to its functions in optimizing and excavating the potential of financial management, which is of great significance to the lifting of an enterprise’s economic benefit. With the development of information and networked, financial management of enterprise is widely used in business financial management, and it is becoming one of the most sufficient developed areas in the application of software technology.This thesis combines with the current situation of our country’s software applications in enterprise financial management area, designs and implements the financial management system which perfectly meets the needs of the medium and small enterprises. This thesis includes: by describing the application background and features of the financial management system for medium and small enterprises, the design ideas and research methods are proposed. This thesis puts forward the requirements of the financial management system, which consists of functional requirements including certificate management, book of account management, salary management, analysis module and non-functional requirements including the performance, availability, etc. According to the logical feature of enterprise financial management, this project adapts B\S architecture and uses C# as develop language, ASP.NET MVC as the develop framework, Visual Studio 2012 and SQL 2005 as the development environment. It makes financial management convenient and standard with simple and effective operations. At last, this thesis performs a full test on all the functions and performances of this enterprise financial management system and fine tunes the problems discovered in the test.The system performs well, functions well, and have provided good financial management platform and decision support for several enterprises with stable performance, which greatly improves the enterprise’s financial management level and competitive strength.
