The Research On Technology Information Support System For Small And Medium Enterprises

With the development and market globalization at full speed of the internationaleconomy, the competition between the manufacturing companies is becoming fiercer.It is an inevitable demand for strengthening one's own competitiveness thatenterprises implement the. However, the level of informationization in many Smalland medium-sized enterprises of China is rather low, in which a lot of applicationsystems of informationization are still "isolated island"without an informationplatform to provide tools of information sharing and integration.Base on the study of characteristics of Small and medium-sized enterprises andrequirements of the information, this paper has a deeply research on the architectureof the technical information platform of small and medium-sized enterprises, anddevelopment, integration, implementation in Tianjin Automobile bridge Company.Research aspects of this dissertation are as follows:1) To study the architecture of the Technological Information System and integratedmethod ,analyze the strategy of characteristic based on the integrated method ofPDM;2) To analyze the function requirement and information model of the small andmedium-sized enterprises, study and develop the manufacturing company PDMsystem facing small and medium-sized enterprises;3) To study the characteristic and architecture of CAPP system based on the PDM,improve on the CAPP system which have been developed by the member of ourteam and realize the integration of CAPP system and the technology informationsupport system based on the product data management platform;4) To combine with the information-based project of Tianjin automobile bridgecompany , set up the technology information support system and implementapplication in enterprises.
