With the forming of the economic integration in the world, our country' s enterprises are under great pressure and are in urgent need of improving their management to make them more competitive. MRP II is good at planning but not at production control. It has attached too much importance to the details and accuracy, which results in low efficiency. On the other hand, JIT is much better in production control. But it lacks long-term plan and pays too much attention to zero-inventory . it can' t adapt to great changes in the markets.The application of MRPII and JIT are analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages are contrasted. After analyzing their differences and their social backgrounds in detail, a method of the combination of them is presented and the relevant advantages are also analyzed. Then the way of how to make production plan for the combination of MRPII/JIT is studied. And the method of rolling to make production plan is adopted. When making plan, it should be balanced with the ability of production at each period. And then the important parameters of making plan are optimized, such as the lead time and production batch. The request of market is inconstant, for example, a change in order, additional order and so on. According to this, a fuzzy method is put forward to solvethe problem of main process and multiple objectives. To execute the production plan successfully, the scene of production must be improved correspondingly. So the dissertation analyzed the modification and improvement that should be done in product line and product activities. At the same time, measures should be taken to energize workers fully. At last, the dissertation uses the Object-Orient Analysis and Design methods and Unified Model Language to analyze and design the framework and software modeling of the MRPII/JIT system based on the investigation and study in CDCT. And the designing process of production management database is described. Its E-R graph and main basis tables of database are presented. Then uses the programming language Delphi 7. 0 combined Database Management system SQL Server 2000, the system has been developed.
