Design And Implementation Of Small And Medium Enterprises Resource Management System Based On Distributed Database

With the rapid development of information technology in recent years and as an essentialmeans of modern enterprise management, the management system of small and mediumenterprises is now adopted by various industries. In foreign countries, the idea of digitalizedenterprise management is increasingly popular where the management systems of small andmedium enterprises resources and product data are commonly applied and even somecompanies may launch long-term researches about these projects.Because of increasingly fierce market competition. In order to have a head start in themarketplace of small and medium enterprises, they must deepen its informational reform.Under such circumstances, it is of top priority for enterprises to update the relevantinformation in a timely and accurate way upon which we make rational judgement. In dailyproduction activities, how to ensure an accurate, rapid and well-organized flow ofinformation has already become a vital part of information management system in smalland medium enterprises.This essay mainly focuses on the small and medium enterprises management systemsbased on J2EE composed of6subsystems: working staff basic information managementsubsystem, financial management subsystem, executive management subsystem, workingstaff attendance management subsystem, comprehensive evaluation subsystem, and systemmaintenance subsystem. We mainly completed executive management subsystem andworking staff attendance management subsystem. Administrative management subsystemconsists of6modules: equipment management module, office supplies managementmodule, meeting room management module, express service management module, visitingregistration module, basic data management module. Attendance management subsystem isdivided into two modules: attendance management module and personnel managementmodule. Attendance management module is responsible for the approval of leave andassessment of attendance; personnel management module is responsible for managing thesystem users’ authority, department mobilize of employees, and the management of staffinformation and archives. According to the current mature specifications and software developing methods andthe actual demand of small and medium enterprises resource management system based onJ2EE, we design the whole scheme of small and medium enterprises resource managementsystem. We use the technology based on J2EE, to improve the characteristics of crossplatform of system. The introduction of B/S structure not only separates the business logicand the implementation of technology, but also improves the reusability of the system. Theapplication of interface technology and component technology, also improve the system’sportability.Because the enterprise is geographically dispersive, we choose distributeddatabase.Use Oracle database as backend database to realize data access, the stability,transparency and scalability of small and medium enterprises resource data managementsystem will be greatly improved.According to the performance testing, unit testing and functional testing of the system,the system has basically reached the requirements of small and medium enterprises,whichcost less money, and meet the user’s daily management needs, with a user-friendly interfaceand simple operation method.
