Small And Medium-sized Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise Production Management System Design And Implementation

The transfer of global manufacture center to China made China a huge manufacture country, but China has not been a powerful manufacture country yet, informatization is an effective breach to improve the competence of the manufacture. Based on CAD/CIMS Applied Demonstration Engineering during the 9th Five-year-plan, Department of Science and Technology of China got a fund of 80 billion yuan out of 863 plan and R&D project of State Scientific & Technological Development of 10th Five-year-plan to implement"key technology research of manufacture informatization and application demonstrating engineering". In this paper, experimental unit project of Sichuan Manufacture Informalization Applied Demonstration Engineering----informatization construction project of Sichuan Meishan Powermanch limited corporation was taken as the object, and the basic principles and methods of designing and implementing production management system in medium and small discrete manufacture enterprises were studied.Objectives: firstly, the methods of analysis, design and implementation of the production management system in medium and small discrete manufacture enterprises were studied; Secondly, Powermach integrated production management information system(QL-IPM) was developed by combining the basic principles of MRPII and the practical circumstances of Sichuan Meishan Powermach limited corporation. In this system, according to the specialties of production management in discrete manufacture enterprise, adequate attention should be paid to the interaction and simplicity, and information should be provided timely, and the efficiency of production management should be improved effectively, eventually computer integrated production management of the enterprises can be realized.
