| With the rapid development of modern information technology and the wide use of Internet, the information management of library has been the main stream of education reform and development in the 21st century . In view of the library management systems used at present , most of them have defects such as unable to solve the book evaluation and to provide the librarian with effective decision-making references . Thus, we have analyzed the requirement of university library management system by using the .NET technology and database management and VB programming language and applied it in practice with the consideration of the real situation of Hunan Institute of Technology. The system of library management on the ASP technology and the fuzzy evaluation has been developed in this paper.In this system we apply object oriented programming method and the 3F structure of B/S and the NET frame , and use VB programming language and SQL sever 2000 database management system to establish the system of library management of Hunan Institute of Technology that has been guaranteed by checking function module and safety design. We have finished the main work in this paper as follows: the first is that we use the network technique and the information management system and software engineering method . We compare the technique project that system needs and chooses to establish the development environment. The second is that we analyze the requirement of library management system and function module design to establish the function that the system needs to finish. The third is that we apply the fuzzy theory to establish the comprehensive evaluation applicable to books and finish books adaptive evaluation .The fourth is that programming makes the functions established such as the reader information management module ,borrowing and reading information module, the book management module and the evaluation applicable to books etc. The development of this system has laid good foundation for the improvement of future library management system . |
