The Research Of Crisis Evaluation Of Academic Library Based On User Demand

In the research of crisis evaluation of academic library, it is a new research angel of view to commit a research of crisis evaluation of academic library based on user demand. The thinking of this article is:Starts with survey data, designs the frame of evaluation index of crisis in academic library according to user concerns of crisis management in academic library. Based on it, uses such methods as step analysis method to design expert questionnaire, forms the index system of crisis evaluation in academic library through expert questionnaire. In the end, uses formative evaluation index to make user survey again, evaluates crisis of academic library through survey, finds out existing problems and make further efforts to improve evaluation index. The major works of this article are:(1) Based on review and investigation of crisis management status and crisis evaluation home and abroad, puts forward the argumentation basis of this article, namely the research thinking and content of crisis evaluation in academic library based on user demand. From this, puts forward the necessity, content, evaluation methods and related standard, etc. to make crisis evaluation of academic library based on user demands.(2) Selects three academic libraries of different level in Yangzhou district to make questionnaire research of user concerns about crisis management, analyzes and summarizes user concerns. uses expert questionnaire method to get the index weight of crisis evaluation given by experts of library science. synthesizes the index weight and outline of crisis evaluation in academic library combined with user concerns.(3) According to the crisis evaluation system based user and expert investigation, makes user survey in four academic libraries in Nanjing district, lets users make simulative evaluation towards crisis rank of these four academic libraries and gets crisis evaluation values(namely crisis rank) of these four academic libraries. Improves the evaluation system according to the result of simulative evaluation, gets a comparatively scientific and operative evaluation index system of crisis in academic library.Libraries are in dire need of library crisis evaluation, we hope the results of this research will be applied to the crisis management of academic libraries, introduces crisis management thoughts to academic libraries, further develops researches on crisis management, so as to provide a more comprehensive evaluation standard for achieving crisis management and building crisis warning system..Chapter 1 of this article discussed the background of subject selection, problem posing and research significance; Chapter 2 discussed basic issues of crisis evaluation research of academic library; Chapter 3 conducted the user concerns investigation in the process of crisis evaluation in academic library; Chapter 4 conducted the building of evaluation index system of crisis in academic libraries based on user demand; Chapter 5 conducted the simulative evaluation of crisis in academic libraries based on user demand; Chapter 6 is the conclusion, it summed up the innovation of this study, the main research results, and the aspects where need further research.
