At present, computer technology has penetrated into all aspects of social life, people’slife and work efficiency has increased significantly. In schools, the traditional teachers basedon man’s subjective evaluation qualification appraisal system faces many man-made factors,in order to improve the objectivity of the evaluation, to reduce the interference of man-madefactors, thus starting from the existing disadvantages of teacher evaluation research, in theface of the teacher evaluation cannot be quantified, the traditional evaluation method has beento the teacher’s teaching level and moral quality and scientific research level comprehensivelyreflected, is no longer suitable for the quality of the society for talents evaluation becomemore and more scientific, standardized requirements, thus developing new teacher evaluationsystem become inevitable, the at the same time using computer software to evaluate teacherappraisal system has become a necessity.How will teachers work for a just and reasonable evaluation? First thought is howteachers’ teaching quality, teaching attitude and how scientific research and so on, so theteacher appraisal standard become an important part of the school teaching management, inthe past, the traditional way is to set up an assessment team, but this method is not reasonable,because in the process of evaluation, the evaluation team personnel easy to penetrate intopersonal feelings and opinions, can lead to distortion evaluation work. At the same time, theteaching process is a comprehensive process, the qualitative analysis of single factor or aloneis not reasonable to evaluate scientific research achievements, to rigorous assessment of ateacher, should consider to involve all aspects of the teaching work. The quality of a schoolclassroom teaching quality determines the students of the school can meet the requirements oftraining objectives, training specifications, but also reflects the level of a school. As a result,the evaluation of teachers has become the education administrative department assessment isan important indicator of the level of running school. The teacher is the top priority in allconditions and the factors of school work, dominant in the teaching work. Reasonableevaluation system of the teachers can effectively promote teachers’ teaching level, is a teachercan complete the teaching work and the assurance of high quality, is the student to firmly grasp the professional knowledge and skills, is the effective means to give full play tostudents’ individual potential, the evaluation of teachers teaching the quality, can effectivelyenhance the management of the teachers, can further improve school management level,promote the evaluation of the university management innovation.This paper introduced the method of fuzzy algorithm model for the evaluation offaculty performance, try to school improvement project of traditional teacher evaluationsystem, and in combination with the actual case, on the basis of evaluation proves that theapplication prospect of the model and methodology value. Comprehensive evaluation index isthe basis of comprehensive evaluation, it can be a reasonable and comprehensive evaluationsystem, the establishment of teachers should be based on the characteristics of the school andthe actual situation, we from the teacher’s teaching attitude, teaching contents, teaching ability,teaching methods and teaching effect and so on several aspects for further deepening,establishes a relatively perfect evaluation index system of assessment. Teacher evaluation toolis the standardized rating scale, take the leadership and supervision organization of classteachers, school and students, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysisapproach, we should try to be reasonable, comprehensively and objectively to science andrigorous evaluation of the teachers.Paper designed the flag "xilingol league area of Inner Mongolia is a medium" teacherevaluation system, the theory of fuzzy algorithm is applied to the evaluation index system ofthe teachers, through different evaluation factors and weights, realizes the evaluation of theassessment of teachers’ qualification. Through multistage comprehensive weighted evaluationalgorithm was designed, using the management science, information science, system scienceand computer technology as one of the comprehensive evaluation of advanced managementmeans huge amounts of data can be extracted from the evaluation factors were statistically,storage, calculation, comprehensive objective evaluation of teachers, finally it is concludedthat assessment scores.
