A Learning Evaluation System Model Based On Fuzzy Theory Network

With the rapid development of online education, it becomes a new mode of education, and it emerges suddenly in a surprising speed in the area of higher education as its openness, technicality, interactivity, learning autonomy, and sharing resources, which makes the learning method more convenient. However, the quality problems of online learning caused by the impact of traditional educational methods and students'weak self-learning ability learners'learning activity, and the problem to monitor and evluate the online learning become very important. Those problems are to be discussed and resolved in the paper.The paper analyzes the difference between the network education and the traditional study way as well as the different study evaluation way caused by the study way. After studying the domestic and foreign network evaluation study status, the author proposes the awareness to network study evaluation. Online education should be a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, evaluation should combine such three evaluation methods as formative evaluation, diagnostic evaluation and summative evaluation. Evaluation should be multi-angle, multi-faceted and students should be in the dominant posion in the evaluation system. Accordoing to the qualitative evaluation and the quantitative evaluation in the evaluation of network study, the paper proposes to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy maths to set up the maths model of the network study evaluation and to apply step analysis to ascertain the weight of every index system. The model uses mathematical method with close logicality to delete the subjective element as much as possible, and to determine a reasonable evaluation index weight. And on the bisis of the mathematical model, using UML modeling language to build a study evaluation model based upon the Web-based education system, which solves the study evaluation problem, and feedbacks the results of evaluation to learners and teachers, so that the learners and teachers can improve the learning and teaching approach. It playes the role in monitoring and guiding the network learners and finally improve the quality of online education study.Limited to researcher's level, research quality and paper length, the paper only proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in the framework network study Evaluation System Model, which can not realize all the functions.
