| Nowadays,with the continuous enrichment of Internet service application scenarios.The Internet service are widely used in various fields of social activities plays an important role.Users are strongly dependent on Internet services.Under this background,this paper proposes to measure the level of Internet service fault management through the performance evaluation.Firstly,combined with the characteristics of Internet service,this paper analyzes it from two aspects of technology and management,selects the performance evaluation factors of Internet service fault management,and establishes the performance evaluation factors system of Internet service.Secondly,using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the performance evaluation model of Internet service fault management.Finally,using this model to evaluation the Internet service fault management performance of Internet company A,analyze the evaluation results and put forward optimization suggestions.The Internet service fault management model is based on the fault prevention ability,fault perception ability,fault diagnosis ability,fault handling ability,fault recovery ability,fault related system construction ability and personnel quality training ability.It is helpful for companies to use it as a reference in service fault management.According to the Internet service fault management model and combined with the performance evaluation method,the Internet service fault management performance evaluation model is created.In the evaluation of the actual service fault management performance of each company,The closer the actual fault management of the company is to the performance evaluation model,the better the performance related to fault management of the company,and the weak links of fault management can be found and optimized through performance evaluation.In the follow-up research,there are still two aspects worthy of further exploration.The first is the upgrading of Internet service fault management model.With the development of technology andmanagement theory,more factors affecting service fault management will be found.The second is the optimization of performance evaluation methods.The performance evaluation methods used in this study can not support the dynamic changes of performance evaluation factors. |
