Dpss With The Laser Temperature Controller

In order to make DPSS lasers, the laser radar source, run stably in varioustemperatures environments, a temperature controller on DPSS lasers was developed, andDPSS temperature control technology was introduced in the paper.Digital PID control algorithm, a widely used algorithm in process controlling, wasapplied in temperature controlling. PWM was used to control TEC Cooler to controltemperature of system. Details of the temperature control system hardware circuit designand software development, debugging process were included in the paper too. A lot ofproblems were found and solved in the process of debug the system of hardware circuit.The debugging of PID algorithm of control system was accomplished and the temperaturecontrolling algorithm was improved.The temperature controller was checked up, and the result was that system in theprocess demonstrated satisfying controlling capability, met the design requirements. Theresult showed that an appropriate PID control algorithm and a corresponding hardwaresystem can be achieved on the DPSS laser temperature control.
